The decision to connect with a clinic is solely at the discretion of the nurse practitioner, and the NPAA shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from such connections. The NPAA is not responsible for any claims, damages, or disputes that may arise between nurse practitioners and clinics.
The NPAA reserves the right to remove or refuse to publish advertisements from clinics that it deems inappropriate, misleading, or inconsistent with the mission and values of the NPAA.
