Rural Education and Advanced Learning (REAL) Program
RhPAP understands that the health needs of rural communities vary widely between locations, and that educational opportunities need to address the unique demands of rural practice.
The Rural Education and Advanced Learning (REAL) Program has been designed to be flexible in the educational opportunities it funds; and diverse in the rural health professionals and health professions it supports.
REAL is here for nurses, midwives, nurse practitioners, and allied health professionals working in rural Alberta in a Primary Care Network, out-of-scope, non-union position, or in independent or private practice.
REAL Program funding will cover up to 100% of course, training, program fees, books, or course materials.
We are currently accepting REAL applications!
