We are pleased to invite you to the 16th annual conference of the Nurse Practitioner Association of Alberta.

• The annual conference of the NPAA provides sponsors and exhibitors with a unique opportunity to meet NPs and student NPs from Alberta and Canada.

Your company will be recognized as a gold sponsor throughout the conference with all the benefits above, plus​:

• Complimentary registration including refreshments and meals for THREE representatives* per day for the two day conference
• Parking provided for one vehicle
• Your company name will be printed among the gold sponsor listings with highest level of sponsor visibility on all conference advertisements, the conference website, and the NPAA website
• Your company will have a premier location in the conference exhibitor space and may have ONE display table*

If​ ​you​ ​require​ ​additional​ ​assistance​ ​at​ ​your​ ​exhibit​ ​(outside​ ​the​ ​allotted​ ​representative​ ​per​ ​sponsorship​ ​level), a​ ​meal​ ​plan​ ​for​ ​each​ ​additional​ ​member​ ​may​ ​be​ ​purchased.

• One display table for product display and advertising, for the duration of the 2-day conference
• Advertised sponsorship level in the conference program, the conference website, and NPAA website

Breakfast and Lunch Level Sponsorship​ ​(price to be negotiated)

Your company will be recognized as a meal sponsor throughout the conference with all the benefits above, plus​:

• Complimentary registration including refreshments and meals for TWO representative* per day for the two-day conference
• Company recognition printed among the meal sponsor listings in the conference program and advertising, the conference website, and the NPAA website.
• Opportunity to present on a chosen topic during the breakfast or lunch session

Wine and Cheese Sponsorship​ ​(price to be negotiated)

Your company will be recognized as a nutrition break or wine and cheese sponsor throughout the conference with all the benefits above, plus​:

• Complimentary registration including refreshments and meals for TWO representative* per day for the two-day conference
• Company recognition printed among the nutritional break sponsor listings in the conference program and advertising, the conference website, and the NPAA website.
• Opportunity to present on a chosen topic during the Wine and Cheese.

The exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims arising out of exhibitor’s activities on premises and will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the 2020 Annual NPAA Conference Organizing Committee, its officers, as well as their respective agents, servants, and employees from any and all such losses, damages and claims.

Corporate Donations

ALL​ ​Corporate​ ​Donors​ ​will​ ​receive:

• Corporate donations will be accepted for the use at the conference for door prizes and supplies required for workshops.
• Your company name will be printed in the conference program, conference website and the NPAA website.

Advertising opportunities:

• USB ports for all registrants with your company logo
• Conference bags with your logos
• Lanyards with company logo

Sponsorship and Exhibitor Application Form

Please select your preferred sponsorship level. If your total contributions to the conference reach the minimum amount of a sponsorship level you will automatically receive the benefits described.

Due to limited venue space all sponsorships for the 2020 Annual NPAA Conference are sold on a first​ ​come​ ​first-paid​ basis. In order to avoid delays, we highly recommend the application completed as soon as possible.. The conference committee will not take any responsibility for late or undelivered application forms. The conference organizers agree to uphold all sponsorship benefits as outlined in the Sponsorship/Exhibitor/Advertising 2020 Prospectus.
