Patient Resources

New resource supports family presence

Receiving healthcare is often a source of stress for patients and their support persons. This is why AHS’ Engagement & Patient Experience team developed a new resource, “Why Family Presence Matters,” to help healthcare workers and staff ensure a patient’s family/support persons feel welcomed and remain a key partner in care.
