Nurse Practitioner: Complex Care Clinic
0.6 or 1.0 FTE Permanent Position

- Providing complete medical assessments, diagnosing and management of common and complex health conditions, prescribing pharmaceuticals, order and interpret diagnostic tests, promoting health and preventing illness/injury
- Making internal and external referrals as appropriate
- Working closely with a multidisciplinary team
- Maintaining strong knowledge of community resources in order to provide the patient with information and resources
Requirements
Must be a Registered Nurse Practitioner and hold membership in good standing with CRNA. Applicants should have 5-10 years Nursing experience and recent clinical experience.
