Due to limited venue space, all sponsorships for the 2025 Annual NPAA Conference are sold on a first-come first-paid basis. In order to avoid delays, please ensure to fill out the Sponsor Application Form at your earliest convenience. The conference committee will not take any responsibility for late application forms. The conference organizers agree to uphold all sponsorship benefits as outlined in the Sponsorship, Exhibitor, & Advertising 2025 Prospectus.
Payments
Payments are due by December 1, 2024
- The 2025 Annual NPAA Conference reserves the right to render this order null and void without notice if payment is not received by the due date.
- Please make cheques payable to the Nurse Practitioner Association of Alberta.
Cancellation
Cancellation must be in writing.
- 50% Cancellation Fee will apply up to April 1, 2025.
- 75% cancellation fee will apply up to April 15, 2025.
- No refunds after April 15, 2025.
- To expedite your cancellation request, please email this signed contract to the attention of Madison Van Brabant, conference@albertanps.com.
- A confirmation will be emailed to the name and email address on this form.
