In December 2018, a new primary care clinical pathway was launched in the Calgary Zone.
It aims to improve care for patients with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) by supporting independent management of OSA by primary care providers in the community.
Researchers from the University of Calgary are surveying primary care physicians and nurse practitioners across the Calgary Zone who may have used the new pathway. We want to hear whether you use the pathway, and how you use it and gather feedback for future pathway enhancements.
This survey should take 10 minutes to complete. You will enter a prize draw for a chance to win an iPad.
The researchers will donate $10 to Alberta Lung (formerly the Alberta Lung Association) for every completed survey received.
