The clinic is situated within a 14-floor senior home with three floors of supportive living, providing a unique opportunity to serve a growing patient population. The location supports both walk-in and regular patient care, with a rapidly growing panel due to the high demand for healthcare providers in the area. Heated underground parking is available. The current physician is at full capacity and unable to accept new patients, leading to high patient demand and all individuals seeking a new family doctor can be referred to our Nurse Practitioner for comprehensive care.
