| Description of Site/Opportunity | Description of Site: Symphony Medical Clinic is situated inside the Superstore, next to the Pharmacy, in Spruce Grove. We have five offices, six examination rooms and one treatment room. The clinic uses Healthquest as its EMR. Dr. Datar has been practicing in Spruce Grove since 1994 and has been educating Nurse Practitioners for past 15 years. Several Nurse Practitioners have already worked at the Symphony Medical Clinic after obtaining their certification. They enjoyed the independence in practicing medicine and having an easy access to a Physician who worked simultaneously. This clinic has been functioning since May 2013. Our mission statement is “From Prevention to Palliative Care.”Description of Opportunity: We would like to invite Nurse Practitioners who are willing to work with Dr. Datar to serve a large population of Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, and surrounding areas. The Nurse Practitioners will be working independently and have the support of a Physician. The other Physician is retiring at the end of June 2024. There will be an excellent opportunity for a new health care provider to build up a patient panel within a short period of time. The Nurse Practitioners will have the ability to work to their full scope of practice. The Nurse Practitioners will have the ability to work in collaboration with the multi disciplinary team as described below.
